The Cardinal Foundation Board of Directors is an advisory committee responsible for making recommendations to the Winona Community Foundation for distributions from the Cardinal Foundation fund.  Additionally, the board works to promote and encourage continued donations through fundraising events.  All grant applications received by the Cardinal Foundation will be reviewed by voting members of the Board of Directors.
